Whether you are ordering a single leather hat or placing a bulk wholesale order, we ensure safe and timely delivery of every product crafted in our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive another email containing shipping details and a tracking number.

Shipping Charges

  • Within Pakistan: Free shipping on all domestic orders.

  • International Orders: Shipping charges vary depending on destination and order weight. Final costs will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

There may be instances where an order cannot be processed. Rawaz Traders reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, payment verification, incomplete information, or suspected fraud.

To ensure safe transactions, we may require additional verification (such as phone number or address confirmation). We also validate payment details before dispatching an order.

While we strive for accuracy in pricing, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases:

  • If an item is mispriced, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order, whether or not it has been confirmed and payment processed.

Processing, Handling & Delivery Time

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday)

  • Transit time: 3–7 business days (depending on destination)

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically shipped the same business day. Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

What Happens After You Place an Order

Once your order is placed:

  1. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt.

  2. We will start preparing your order for dispatch within 1–3 business days (customized items may take longer).

  3. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@rawaztraders.com with the subject line “Order Confirmation Not Received.”

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted international carriers, including but not limited to:
DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and Pakistan Post (for domestic orders).
High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Order Tracking

You can easily track your shipment using the tracking number sent to your email once the order has been dispatched.
If you haven’t received a tracking number within 10 business days, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

International Shipping

We proudly deliver worldwide. However, please note that import duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices.
